            My True Color result is Gold. Looking at the results and the listed occupations, I thought the results were pretty accurate.  The two activities I chose from the Gold list were Education Administrators and Law Enforcement Officers. I chose these occupations because I can easily see myself having a career in either of these occupations. I am currently in the educational field and have begun the transition into being an educational administrator. I have often said that if I wasn’t teacher, I would like to be involved in some aspect of law enforcement, most likely as a police officer.

            The first occupation I chose was Education Administrator. Working in education is something that I am currently doing and something that anticipate doing for the foreseeable future. Currently, I am a teacher but have begun the transition of moving toward the administrative side of things. I feel that many of the abilities listed in the results are skills that I can utilize if and when I enter into this occupation. I would be most interested in being an administrator in a secondary school. Looking at the employment projections to 2022, there is expected to be a slow, but positive increase in jobs.

            The other occupation I chose was Law Enforcement Officer. Specifically, I would choose to be a police officer. I chose this occupation because I allows me to work with others and move from one task to another, which is really appealing to me. Looking at the 2022 employment projections, there is expected to increase of about 4,500 jobs which is not a lot, but at least on the positive side of things. I also like this occupation because it leaves a lot of room for growth and change within the field of law enforcement.
